Shipping

As a small charity we custom-make all of our products to order through our print on demand provider Printful. This allows us to operate sustainably and efficiently, directing as many funds as possible to the animals who need us.

Products are printed and shipped directly from the Printful warehouse closest to you, helping keep your shipping costs and environmental impact down. 

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged by their country upon arrival of their order.

Approximate shipping times

An approximate shipping time will be generated for you at checkout, based on the item you're ordering and where you are based.

If you need to receive your order by Christmas 2025, please refer to our last order dates before Christmas.
