Shipping

As a small charity we custom-make all of our products to order through our print on demand provider Inkthreadable. This allows us to operate sustainably and efficiently, directing as many funds as possible to the animals who need us.

Products are shipped directly from the Inkthreadable warehouse in the UK, and international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged by their country upon arrival of their order.

Approximate shipping times

All orders take 3 to 5 working days to be created before being shipped, and then shipping takes approximately:

UK orders: 2-5 days

EU orders: 6-21 days

US orders: 3-7 days

These will be calculated for you at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged by their country upon arrival of their order.
