IAPWA Online Shop Returns Policy
Thank you so much for supporting IAPWA and helping animals in need across the world.
As a small charity we custom-make all of our products to order through our print on demand provider Inkthreadable. This allows us to operate sustainably and efficiently, directing as many funds as possible to the animals who need us.
Please carefully consider your purchase and double-check your sizing before ordering. Refunds and returns can result in a significant loss for our charity, so we kindly ask for your understanding and support.
Returns and Refunds
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Please follow the steps below to arrange a return or replacement:
- Contact Us: Notify us via email at shop@iapwa.org within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the faulty or damaged product.
- Return Authorization: If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide return, refund or replacement instructions.
- Replacement or Refund: We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Non-faulty items
Return requests for non-faulty items are discouraged as this results in our small charity making a loss on your order. Please ensure that you review sizing charts, colour options, and product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you do have the legal right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. However, we kindly ask you to consider the financial impact on our charity before requesting a return.
To return non-faulty items:
- Contact Us: Email us at shop@iapwa.org within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and, if you'd like, a reason for return.
- Return the Item: After notifying us, you have 14 more days to return the product(s) in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- Refund: We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), via the original payment method.

As a charity, every return results in a financial loss that directly impacts our ability to help animals. We deeply appreciate your careful consideration of your order to minimise returns.
