Last order dates for Christmas 2024

As our products are made to order and shipped from the UK, you will need to place your order early for products you would like to receive before Christmas.

The last order dates for Christmas 2024 are:

Physical products

International (outside of the UK): 1st December 2024

UK: 12th December 2024

Please bear in mind that while our print company strives to ship orders in time for each courier's last post dates, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive before Christmas. After the parcel leaves their facility they no longer have control over its delivery. With that in mind, please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment during the busy holiday season.

Virtual gifts

Please note that online gift certificates for any of the "virtual gifts for our animals" will be sent manually to you via email as soon as possible after your purchase. To receive your virtual gift certificate in time for Christmas, please place your order by midday (GMT) on 24th December.
